I will take care of all the filings required. If you are setting up a new business, I can also register your new business with the IRS and CO. This is a flat rate of $300.

I also offer mobile public notary services. Fees range from $20 - $100 for the mobile service depending on the location. I can come to you in Larimer County, Weld County, and Boulder County. The fee for notarizing a document is $15 per document.
